Osmany Orlando Piedra Cuza

Osmany  (b. Baracoa, 1979) graduated from the School of Art in Santiago de Cuba, then continued his studies at the prestigious Havana Institute of Design, and currently teaches at the Art Institute of Havana. Osmany Piedra has done numerous exhibits, both collective and individual, in the major provincial capitals of Cuba as well as in the United States. He has received awards from the Belgium Embassy in Cuba; “Las Orishas” gallery; Galeria de Arte First of April Salon; and “La Musa” gallery in Baracoa. He is currently touring the United States.
