Travel sponsored by The Friendship Association is conducted in compliance with applicable U.S. regulations, including the Cuban Assets Control Regulations administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Our delegations are organized under the authorized categories of Support for the Cuban People and Humanitarian Projects, with full schedules of meaningful exchange, community engagement, and support for independent local initiatives. Participants must follow the itinerary and all applicable travel, recordkeeping, accommodation, and financial-transaction requirements. Tourism is not permitted.
